Instead of swinging hammers, supporters of Habitat Hillsborough will once again be swinging golf clubs at the Pineywoods Realty Golf Tournament at Northdale Golf & Tennis Club on Friday, October 18th, 2019.
Habitat Hillsborough is the beneficiary of the Pineywoods Realty Golf Tournament, with 100% of the proceeds to be donated to building affordable homes for local, low-income families.
“We decided to do this event because it is a great opportunity to work together to help the Tampa Bay community and have some fun while doing it,” said Jeremy Levine, Realtor with Pineywoods Realty. “All proceeds from the tournament will benefit Habitat for Humanity of Hillsborough County with the purpose of helping to achieve their goal of assisting others in the community build or improve a place they can call home. We look forward to a great tournament and we are excited that Habitat Hillsborough chose to partner with us to help make this event a success!”
Northdale Golf & Tennis Club, located at 4417 Northdale Boulevard in Tampa, is featured on Golf Digest’s “Best Places to Play.” Beginning with a shotgun start at 1 p.m., the tournament will include competitions to win a $10,000 cash prize, vacation packages, and other prizes.
Fees are $100 per golfer, which includes lunch, dinner, one Mulligan, two putting contest tickets and five raffle tickets. Spectator fees are also available for $50, which includes lunch, dinner and five raffle tickets.
